Photographer: @wspickerman With the covid lockdowns, shutdowns, quarantines, and reopenings 2020 has been a very stressful year for everybody. That's why I've been staying active and using my time wisely to heal from my surgeries, continue my therapies, and advance my studies thru online certifications. Let's face it, it's not getting better any time soon on its own. We have to put in the time, do the work, and move forward in life while governments do what governments do which involves a lot of red tape and politics. But that does not mean we have to stop living, stop planning and setting goals for ourselves. After all I've been thru, I have so much to offer the world in terms of knowledge about social distancing with a rare condition, coping, adapting to major changes and situations in ones life as well as knowing the signs and stages of emotional and traumatic stress.
