How to Document Your Tinnitus

From the beginning of my journey, doctor's asked me to keep track of my tinnitus and hyperacusis symptoms.

Your managed care is only as good as the TEAM you select to help you on your journey.

A number of people with tinnitus have often said, "My doctor told me to deal with it. " or "They told me it was all in my head."

It takes hard work finding the right TEAM for any health condition.

It starts with your General Practitioner, ENT, Neuro Specialist, Tinnitus or Hyperacusis Specialist, Cognitive Specislist... the list goes on.

Don't forget the most important person on your team.. YOU.

You have to put in the hours, the hard work, and keep your team working in top form.

Here's a Tinnitus Trigger Log by Rewiring Tinnitus that will help you document your symptoms and provide important information to your TEAM.

I wish I knew about this when I started out 5 years ago. But alas, my job isn't about just helping ME anymore. It's about helping YOU, those new to tinnitus and those still fighting the fighting who find it difficult to cope and adapt with their tinnitus.
