Bad day

 

October 29 th

Feeling very nauseated this morning... a touch of vertigo coming back.

 

October 29th Later that day....

First time I had to go in an elevator to the 7th floor since my ear problems... I was so overwhelmed by the onset of nausea... vertigo hit me hard... for a moment I thought I was going to black out my head just spun so quickly on me I had to grab a hold of the bar. When I went to leave the same thing happened. It finally settles 12 hours later... the nausea was there all day.
